— Hire Terms —

1. The Hirer must be over twenty one years of age.
2. The vehicle must only be driven by a person over 21 years of age holding a current Australian Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence.
3. The Hirer will not at any time while towing the camping trailer be under the influence of alcohol or of any drug.
4. The Hirer’s current drivers licence must be presented on pick up.
5. No smoking or pets allowed in tent section of camping trailer.
6. Hire is for private use only.
7. The Hirer must ensure that the trailer is not used for any illegal purpose or in any race or speed test or for the conveyance of any excessive loads or inflammable, corrosive or explosive material or in any way which would breach a condition of registration of the trailer.
8. The Hirer must not pass with possession of the trailer nor use it for hire, fare or reward.
9. Whilst gas bottles are supplied gas usage is at the cost of the Hirer.
10. Whilst all trailers are fitted with either a 50MM tow ball or a standard treg coupling, both with a standard flat seven pin plug, it is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is compatible prior to pick-up.
11. Security deposit of $400/$600 is to be paid at pickup of camping trailer.
12. Return of the $400/$600 security deposit, less any costs, (due to replacement of any damaged parts, cleaning, recovery costs), to be returned to the Hirer within 7-10 working days of return of the camping trailer.
13. Camping Trailer is to be cleaned to the standard displayed at the time of pick up otherwise a cleaning free of $45.00 per hour will be charged.
14. Loss or damage of any sort must be reported to Greenpoint Camping Trailer Hire on 0427 466107/4946 6107 before any repair/replacement can be authorised.
15. Any tyre repair or replacement is the responsibility of the Hirer. Any tyre replacement must be of approved type. The Hirer must contact Greenpoint Camping Trailer Hire on 0427 466107/4946 6107 before replacing any tyres.
16. Extension of hire only by prior arrangement before return date. Any extension of hire will be at the daily hire rate of that trailer if trailer not already booked by a third party.
17. Any late returns will be charged at $100 per day.
18. An excess of $200 is payable by the Hirer for any accident damage requiring an insurance claim. Insurance excludes deliberate or immersion damage.
19. Return of Camping Trailer in school holidays will be no later than 12 midday on day of return or otherwise discussed.
20. Definition of "Driver" — means the driver of a motor vehicle used to tow the Camper Trailer and includes any substitute or alternate driver including the Hirer.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations received 3 weeks prior to the booking will be refunded less a $5.00 admin fee. Cancellations less than 3 weeks before the booking will forfeit the deposit unless the unit can be rebooked with no loss of money to the business.

• Cleaning fee starts at $45.00 per hour.
• A flat 7 pin plug required and a 50mm tow ball

All care is taken by Greenpoint Camping Trailer Hire to provide a clean, functional and safe Hire Unit. The Hirer agrees to accept full responsibility for:

• The care and security of the Hire Unit
• Any supplied equipment
• The return of the Hire Unit at agreed time in a clean and intact state.
• In School Holidays trailers are to be returned on or before 12 midday on the specified day.

Greenpoint Camping Trailer Hire may refuse hire to persons who do not meet their requirements, who are under 21 years of age, who do not have a current drivers licence or full comprehensive insurance on towing vehicle.
